About Us

Maureen Cronin is a writer, artist, and educator who has created artwork on pieces of the Long Beach NY boardwalk.

Her artwork and writing prior to the birth of Boardwalk Angels, take the form or colorful prints, note cards, and a calendar every year. A portion of the proceeds from calendar sales goes to benefit breast and ovarian cancer awareness and prevention efforts.

Maureen continues to create custom artwork, gifts, and inspirational pieces, most recently the art of transferring photographs to the boardwalk wood. She's done many of these for engagement, anniversary, and wedding gifts, transferring a picture of the happy couple onto the wood for a truly classic vintage look.
